Responsibilities

  • Lead an active, externally-funded research program
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate biomedical engineering courses
  • Supervise PhD students and postdoctoral fellows
  • Collaborate with Duke School of Medicine clinicians and faculty

Qualifications

  • PhD in Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences
  • Sustained record of high-impact research and publications
  • Active NIH, NSF, or equivalent funding track record

Compensation

$180,000–$250,000 (commensurate with rank). Generous startup package, Duke faculty benefits, tuition waiver.
